Furthermore, strict quality control is exercised, throughout the production process tot ensure that the product is consistently up to standard. A check is made on, for example: taste, shape, firmness and gloss. The application of this strict quality control system guarantees that a bonbon made by Chocolaterie Albèrt is always a true delecacy.

The range of bonbons has, in recent years, expanded to some 70 types. They are produced in different types of chocolate: milk, dark and white. In addition, Chocolaterie Albèrt supplies a variety of chocolate types, some of them seasonally determinded.
